Delivery Information

Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected
couriers. Costs depend on your location, how quickly you'd like your package and what you've ordered. You can find out everything you need to know about our delivery charges below.

If your order's taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress using your tracking
information if the chosen delivery type provide one. See below to find out how you can track your order.

We deliver to most countries around the globe. To check we deliver to where you live, please refer to the list of countries in checkout. This will also give you an idea of how long your order will take to arrive. For the United states and Europe:

Standard air delivery - 14-17 working days from time of dispatch (in urgent cases of special express courier shipping requested please contact us).

*Please note Air Delivery timeframe is taken from time of dispatch, not from when order has been placed. Also please keep in mind Air Services are not a guaranteed next day delivery service. 

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods; such as Sale.

Orders for the Rest of the World are sent by Air delivery only. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, and are dependent on where an order’s being sent, how big it is and how much it weighs. Please note, this is not a Next Day delivery service, and the time scale is from dispatch and not from when the order was placed. 

NB – We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible time frame and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way. Deliveries will be made between 8.30am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, we do not process orders or dispatch deliveries on Sundays or on public holidays. After all, everyone deserves a break once in a while!
