LeoVince X3 Titanium complete system CRF250 2004-2005.
Here we have a COMPLETE titanium X3 system, silencer and header
with carbon fiber header shield !

The LeoVince X3 Motocross/Supermoto full systems of the LeoVince X3
range clearly illustrate the high technological levels achieved by the company thanks
to the technical support of teams that compete at a world level. Both the header pipes
and the silencer are completely made of titanium in order to guarantee a reduced weight
and improved balance. The primary header pipe section is protected against the risk of
impact thanks to a carbon steel casing. The silencer is available in two different
dimensions for bikes of both large and small cubic volume and is secured to the frame by
means of carbon steel straps. The front and rear sumps are dismountable to facilitate
fibreglass replacement operations. The kit comes complete with two different kinds of end
plates, which can be easily replaced in order to meet different racing requirements in
terms of noise limits db(A) as laid down by the FIM or National Federations. The kit
destined for the American market comprises a Spark-Arrestor, which has obtained USFS
homologation from the United States Department of Agriculture – Forest Service.
The format of the header pipes and silencer is tailored according to the specific engine
model in order to boost the torque and maximum power rating.

The use of titanium make this system very light and
durable for the hard use in off road motocross conditions !
