The Enduro Sport full systems of the LeoVince X3 range clearly illustrate the high technological levels achieved by the company thanks to the technical support of teams that compete at a world level. Both the header pipes and the silencer are completely made of titanium in order to guarantee a reduced weight and improved balance. The and-cap is made of carbon fibre. The primary header pipe section is protected against the risk of impact thanks to a carbon steel casing. The silencer is secured to the frame by means of carbon steel straps. The front sumps is dismountable to facilitate fibreglass replacement operations. The kit comes complete with different kinds of end plates, which can be easily replaced in order to meet different racing requirements in terms of noise limits dB(A) as laid down by the FIM or National Federations. The kit destined for the American market comprises a Spark-Arrestor, which has obtained USFS homologation from the United States Department of Agriculture – Forest Service. The format of the header pipes and silencer is tailored according to the specific engine model in order to boost the torque and maximum power rating.
