The silencer and the header pipe are made of TIG-welded steel AISI 304. The aluminium-skinned silencer is secured to the frame by means of carbon strips. The rear sump is made in carbon fibre. The front sump is dismountable to permit fibreglass replacement. Different end plates are provided in the kit to meet different competition requirements in relation to noise level limits dB(A) as laid down by the FIM or National Federations. The kit produced for the American market is complete with Spark Arrestor that has obtained USFS homologation from the United States Department of Agriculture – Forest Service. The format of the header pipes and silencer is tailored according to the specific engine model in order to boost the torque and maximum power rating.
